DJS Research Ltd Increases Its Turnover by 26%

Last week we announced to our team that we have beaten our own sales target of £3.3m, to reach a turnover of £3.6 million during the DJS Research Ltd Increases Its Turnover by 26%financial year 2014/15, which is a 26% growth from £2.8 million last financial year!

As well as a fantastic increase in turnover, we have also broken onto the list of the largest market research companies in the UK, as a result of passing the £3m mark, with a ranking of 85th place based on MRS’ October 2014 figures.

Since 2010, we have grown by 800% and are now 8 times bigger in terms of turnover! As well as this, in the last 2 years, we have grown by 63%.

We have also been ranked as the 7th fastest growing agency in the UK according DJS Research Ltd Increases Its Turnover by 26%to the same MRS figures, based on our rapid growth.

Our growth can be attributed to a number of big contract wins, including several large public sector projects with the DWP, Environment Agency, National Audit Office and BIS.

The growth of VoicED - our education research arm – which has increased its revenue by more than ten-fold within a year – and also Localise, our consumer and customer profiling tool, have also impacted our success this financial year!

We are dedicated to developing the company even further and have set another ambitious growth target of £4million in terms of turnover – this would represent theDJS Research Ltd Increases Its Turnover by 26% 7th consecutive year of double-digit growth. We are also committed to taking steps to make sure that the coming year is also a great success and have pledged to add to our team, along with investing in, and training, our current employees! In June, we will be holding a recruitment day for graduates, where we hope to recruit 3 new people.

Our on-going and rapid growth has led to us winning Business of the Year at Stockport Business Awards. Individual success was also celebrated, with Alasdair Gleed, Research Director, being named the region’s Business Person of the Year.
