DJS Research are proud to announce their new Charity of the Year

Following our recent charity of the year review, DJS Research are happy to announce that we will be supporting our new charity, Mind!

At DJS we strive to support as many local, national and international charities during our time at work, by participating in a variety of events.

From voluntary days to fundraising events, the DJS team are always keen to get involved, and this September, 13 members of the DJS Research team have chosen to get stuck in with the Tough Mudder challenge.

The ladies and gents have accepted the challenge to get involved in the strenuous and extremely messy event, to help raise awareness of mental health and the services that Mind continues to offer.

James Hinde and Kelly Wray initially spoke about wanting to take part in a 10k run and eventually came up with the idea to organise the Tough Mudder challenge. And, as our Charity of the Year review drew closer, the idea developed into a perfect fundraising event, with many of the team eager to jump on board.

Following on from the Greater Manchester run fundraising event, there is no doubt that the participants are ready to take on the challenge. And to keep themselves in shape for the event, the team have organised weekly training sessions to help conquer the challenge.

Our Research Director and Operations Manager gave their thoughts on the importance of our new charity.
