We’ve strengthened our team with four promotions and two new hires

As we have experienced rapid growth in the last few years, we are thrilled to announce a raft of promotions, as well as two new hires! We’ve We’ve strengthened our team with four promotions and two new hirespromoted individuals within our operations team, the research team and the marketing department.

Matt Coulling, Operations Director, had the following to say about the promotions:

“These promotions re-iterate our commitment to internal development and progression, and demonstrate our continued desire to invest in the Operations department in order to better support our research team and ensure client expectations are exceeded on every possible project. We are planning additional hires later in the year as part of our growth strategy.”

Alistair Smith, who joined the team in 2011, has been promoted from Senior Data Executive, to Operations Manager for Data Services. Alistair has overall responsibility for all aspects of data analysis and scripting, and manages a team of around ten data executives.

Liam Higgins, who joined DJS Research’s research team in 2013, has been promoted to Senior Research Executive, from his previous role of Research Executive.

Matt Walker, who joined initially joined the team in 2014 as Junior Research Executive, has received his second promotion since arriving. Matt has been promoted to the role of Senior Research Executive.

Beth Harcourt, who also joined DJS Research in 2014, has been promoted from her previous role of Marketing and Communications Assistant, to Marketing Coordinator.

We also would like to welcome two new members of staff on a permanent basis:

Christine Scally joins the team as a Field Recruitment Executive, she will work with Anthea Thompson to work on qualitative recruitment projects.

Holly Slater has worked at DJS Research since June 2013, initially working within our CATI unit and then progressing into the recruitment team. Holly joins us on a permanent basis, as a Field Recruitment Executive, after being responsible for managing B2B and B2C recruitment projects.
