James joined DJS Research in 2019 initially as one of our interviewers in the CATI unit, notability operating on audience research projects for our client Prudential, through this he was quickly promoted to our specialist B2B interviewing team and worked on projects for clients such as: 

  • IMI Precision Engineering: speaking to businesses across the UK, US and India regarding their services. 
  • Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB): speaking to vulnerable adults and children in relation to vision impairment and the issues surrounding this matter.

He then joined our Field and Recruitment team; one of his first projects saw him managing the recruitment and planning of focus groups of people who are past students of The Open University. As part of his current role, he also oversees the management and development of our in-house market research panel, the Insight Panel, where we are able to source participants for upcoming research projects. James is driving the platform forward, where it's undergoing a growth strategy aiming to diversify its offering and increase its potential reach through the use of  digital marketing and recruitment. To support his role James has undergone additional training in maximising the use of social media to this effect and is well-versed in applying these skills across our current research projects.
