Liam joined the research team in June 2013, but has worked at DJS Research since 2011. He initially started out as a telephone interviewer, and was quickly promoted to team leader - eventually being responsible for managing all international B2B and consumer telephone interviewing within the agency's in-house CATI unit.

His experience at the data collection phase of the market research process has given Liam a deep understanding of the potential pitfalls and he has a solid grasp of the wider processes involved throughout the fieldwork stage of any research project. In his time as a researcher, Liam has learned to use this to his advantage, and is a methodical and proactive project manager.

Liam has particular experience in managing large scale, international, B2B projects, and draws on his experiences from various areas within the company to effectively and efficiently project manage from start to finish. Liam has experience in managing both quantitative and qualitative projects; developing questionnaires and topic guides, managing fieldwork, undertaking the analysis, and providing insightful reports. 

The key contact within the company for translation services; Liam is experienced in managing translation agency relationships to ensure DJS Research receives the best level of service. He has good awareness of budgets, and the impact this has to a project. Liam uses his cultural knowledge and experience of various markets to ensure scripts are translated appropriately and to the highest quality.

Liam has worked with major clients across a number of sectors, including Hill-Rom, Veolia Water Technologies, Saint-Gobain, Westmill Foods, Lavendon, DuPont, Victrex, Elga, BMW, Open University, Ernst and Young and Greater Manchester Police.

A career highlight for Liam was being nominated for The Guardian’s ‘Rising Star’ award 2014. This award focuses on individuals who have excelled in their area of work.
