Gayle joined DJS Research in 2010 from ORC International where she worked for 16 years providing services to clients within the public sector. Gayle has a wealth of experience using both qualitative and quantitative techniques for clients within the fields of education and skills, Central Government, Local Government and Housing.

Gayle is used to delivering ad-hoc, continuous and syndicated client projects, managing both small and large-scale projects using a range of techniques including:

  • Workshops and deliberative research
  • Face to face surveys
  • Online surveys
  • Online focus groups
  • Postal surveys
  • Mystery shopping

Gayle has a proven track record using a range of analysis techniques including segmentation, cluster analysis and satisfaction driver analysis to provide a fuller understanding of how to enhance the customer experience and optimise service provision. Developing client relationships, presenting actionable results in the manner best suited to the target audience and combining analysis, insight and strategy to solve commercial problems are skills that Gayle has acquired during her time delivering market research solutions.
