In today's competitive market place happy customers are paramount to the success of any business (something we continually preach when conducting our customer satisfaction surveys). As such, for each and every project we take on, we aim not only to meet client expectations but exceed them.
It's all very well saying the above (anyone can) but at DJS Research Ltd we monitor our performance against these objectives. At the end of every project we send a customer satisfaction survey to assess our performance and to aid our continual quality improvement.
Results from our clients Customer Satisfaction Surveys are extremely positive. Currently 99% of our clients since 2001 are satisfied with our service. In addition, last year two thirds of our projects were from repeat clients and the other third (new clients) said that they were very likely to use us in the future (and some are already doing so). Blythe House Hospicecare (December 2023)
"We worked with DJS to engage our staff, volunteers and the general public, with a view to informing the future shape of our Hospice. The DJS team developed a proposal around the aims we had identified, which had a clear logic and evidence base. As we progressed there was excellent communication and flexibility in responding to the challenges that undertaking this work presents. We benefited significantly from the teams knowledge and skills. Their advice meant that we could get the most out of the research. The final report contained detail and analysis. We were able to have the findings delivered as a presentation, which made it helpful to share with staff members and volunteers, who were unable to see the initial feedback by the DJS team. Overall this was a collaborative approach, that helped us to get the information we required to base our future plans on. In hindsight I don't see how we could have achieved the same outcomes in that time without engaging DJS. My thanks to Rachel, Ali and the rest of the team."
