After graduating with a BA in English and French from the University of Oxford and a Business Masters from ESCP-EAP Business School in Paris, Charlotte started her market research career in the French capital in 2009, initially working client-side for the insight department of France’s largest consumer magazine publisher, Prisma Presse. In this role, Charlotte project-managed research into the editorial content of the company’s 20 titles, with a particular focus on the women’s and celebrity markets.

After nearly four years in the French capital, Charlotte moved to the UK in 2010 to lead marketing at Manchester’s renowned conference centre, Manchester Central, where she honed her expertise in Marketing and Brand Management, whilst building knowledge of the Events industry.

Charlotte joined DJS Research in 2011, bringing with her cross-cultural knowledge of both research and marketing in consumer and business environments. Since joining the company, Charlotte has managed qualitative and quantitative research in a range of sectors, with particular focus on:

  • Events, media and publishing
  • Design, brand and marketing
  • Education
  • Construction
  • Healthcare

In addition to research responsibilities, Charlotte also works to develop relationships with clients in the above industries, as well as managing a team of 5 and being responsible for weekly resource planning for the business. Drawing on her previous experiences, Charlotte also offers support to DJS Research’s marketing department.

Charlotte’s varied career means she prioritises business-focussed research solutions, with an emphasis on insight and strategic impact.
