Foreword by Chairman and DJS Founder, Danny Sims

From the company’s humble beginnings in my garden shed to where we stand today, our continued success is still firmly rooted in family values. Ali, my wife, joined the endeavour back in 2005 when the company became Limited. Our turnover continued to grow and it was soon time to move out of the garden shed! This was highlighted to me when one of our first major clients visited from South Africa and asked to use our office facilities – luckily she liked our rural setting and said “I can see that DJS Research is going places!”.

Since the early days, we have built a dedicated, hard-working, loyal and talented team, which is at the heart of the business. Without each and every single individual, DJS Research wouldn’t be the thriving company it is today. We strive to deliver a happy working environment that recognises and appreciates employees’ strengths, and provides encouragement and a helping hand when needed.
