Following a long term role working for a major UK bank, Jo joined a biopharmaceutical company where she undertook PA and office manager positions over a period of 12 years, liaising with board-level executives in UK and US. She later moved in to a role dealing with company accounts – including: providing statements of income & expense, profit and loss data – and budget management.

Jo joined DJS Research Ltd in 2008, initially as a telephone interviewer, and was promoted to supervisor in 2010. In this role, she built on her prior experience in dealing with payroll and HR data, as well as continuing to develop administrative experience and a sound understanding of the processes behind an internationally active market research agency.

Following the increasing growth of DJS Research, Jo moved in to the role of Payroll and HR Assistant in 2013 in order to ensure the timely and efficient payment of staff, and the resolution of any issues or problems. She is often a first point of contact for incoming payment queries and has responsibility for processing a large proportion of DJS Research’s monthly payroll.
