Mutlivariate analysis is a broad term encompassing a wide array of quantitative data analysis techniques, such as factor analysis and regression analysis. Many of these techniques involve analysing data in depth, utilising cross-analysis of specific aspects such as age, gender, and SEG. One of the key advantages of mutlivariate analysis is that it allows petterns and trends within the data to come to light at a level which might not have been clear when the data was only analysed at the top-line.
