One Of The Best Pieces Of Research I've Read...
1st March 2012 16:39
We are continuing to build our business by offering quality research services and by attracting exceptionally high levels of repeat business. Client satisfaction forms that we send out after every project continue to come back positive.
Most recently we have just completed a project for Oxford Brookes University which included conducting a series of CATI B2B interviews and qualitative depth interviews. Our client said that the project achieved its objectives and gave them a clear picture of the viability of proposals and future direction. They went on to say the following about us:
“This was an important piece of research as we wished to look at the viability of a successful programme being delivered on line and in a different format to a wider market segment. The research was completed very effectively and the final report comprehensive, informative and useful. We have a much clearer picture of how to move forward. DJS were professional, easy to work with and kept us fully informed of developments as the fieldwork progressed”.
Another client (retail sector) who wanted to remain anonymous said the following about us:
"From the first brief DJS grasped immediately what we were looking for. Their experience and knowledge in the specific area was invaluable. The final report was very comprehensive, whilst being easy to read and digest the key conclusions. One of the best pieces of research I've read. Additionally they worked within our budget and to a tight timescale, being open to discussion on both".
