We were selected from 500 European Market Research agencies to win survey quality award!

We are thrilled to announce that we have won an award for survey excellence – the SSI QUEST Award!

It was announced in front of 800 researchers at the Esomar Congress in New Orleans and we won in the QUEST-T General Consumer – Europe category, which is based on survey structure and multi-device responsiveness.We were selected from 500 European Market Research agencies to win survey quality award!

We scored a massive 99.6 out of a possible 100, making us one of the three highest scoring winners across the 12 categories!

Our Senior Data Services Executive, Steven Searle, who is one of our skilled in-house survey programmers, said of the win:

“We are thrilled that the data services team here at DJS have been recognised for our efforts to improve the surveys we create. We have implemented several changes in the last few years which contributed to the award win, such as making our surveys accessible, device agnostic, fast and responsive.

We were selected from 500 European Market Research agencies to win survey quality award!Abbreviated from (QUestionnaire Experience Satisfaction Tool), the QUEST Awards were introduced in 2010 to assist the Market Research industry in its on-going endeavour to enhance respondent’s survey experience and inspire the creation of creative surveys.

During the judging period, our surveys were examined by SSI’s QuestTest™ tool. The tool looked at survey quality, the mobile friendliness of our surveys, survey quality, survey length, errors and programming issues, amongst other factors.

Taking all variables into consideration, the tool helps to identify how engaged respondents are and how satisfied they are with the survey.

Speaking of the win, our Managing Director, Danny Sims, said:
