Charlotte worked within the advertising industry for 10 years, initially working as a media planner in London for clients including Virgin Trains and Britannia Building Society. The role had a strong analytical element, using large datasets such as TGI, and this led her into the world of research. She remained within the media sector, working as a research specialist for Feather Brooksbank (now Carat) and ævolve in Manchester from 2004, before joining DJS in 2012.
Her project experience is broad, including marketing-related projects such as awareness tracking, campaign evaluation, and testing advertising materials, but also extends to customer and employee satisfaction research, website evaluation and creating customer segmentations.
She has worked with clients from a huge range of sectors, including projects for The Scottish Government, Matalan, Vodafone, Johnson & Johnson, Black n’ Red, ScottishPower and Visit California.
