Since joining DJS in January 2015, Faye has worked across a broad range of sectors using both qualitative and quantitative research methods and has been promoted to Senior Research Executive. Faye particularly enjoys conducting market research in the B2C, retail, not for profit and utilities sector.

She has particular experience in conducting focus groups and in- depths interviews and thrives on understanding consumer behaviour and attitudes and ensuring clients receive recommendations which meets their objectives.

Some of Faye’s key clients include: Help for Heroes, The Prince’s Trust, Greyhound Rescue West of England, United Utilities, Severn Trent, Northern Powergrid, Bosch, Retail Week, Clarks, Keith Spicer Tea, Cargill, and Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board.

Faye graduated from The University of Manchester in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Geographyproducing a first class dissertation in which she applied a number of qualitative research methods to understand the motivations of runners during group exercise. As well as her degree, she has also independently studied for her Advanced Certificate in Market Research.
