Having previously worked in consumer research, as part of a strategy team for one of Manchester’s leading media buying & advertising agencies, Emma joined DJS in December 2014 and has progressed to Research Manager.

Emma’s previous role as a media researcher saw her undertake and manage many consumer research briefs, for some of the UK’s top household brands, helping them to better understand the behaviours, attitudes and media consumption of their target audiences in order to accurately focus and maximise marketing and advertising activities.

Previous to her role in media research, Emma worked within social media monitoring in which she gained a good understanding of the social behaviours & consumption of various types of consumers.

Emma is really looking forward to get involved with the depth and variety of research method’s DJS has to offer, hoping to add a new strand of knowledge and experience to the team, with her more media focused research background.
