Matt joined DJS Research as a Research Manager in 2017, and has since been promoted to Associate Director. He started his research career in 2010 at Ipsos MORI, working in their brand and advertising department, where he managed multi-market projects for clients in finance and technology. In 2014 he relocated to Leeds and joined McCallum Layton where he worked across the company’s consumer and B2B departments for clients in finance, technology, law and retail.

Matt can usually be found in our Leeds office, where he manages both qualitative and quantitative projects for clients across a number of sectors, including; water and the wider utilities market, financial services, public sector and third sector.

He has a broad range of methodological experience, and particularly enjoys projects that focus on:

  • Concept and creative testing
  • Journey mapping
  • Behaviour change
  • Segmentation
  • Customer satisfaction and advocacy

Matt enjoys the challenge of distilling complex research into clear and actionable insights that are accessible and understandable to a wide range of stakeholders, regardless of their research experience.
