Operations Team
After several years in a management position, whilst bringing up four children, Michelle wanted a change of direction and joined DJS Research as a Telephone Interviewer in October 2013. She then quickly worked her way up to Team Leader, Projects Team Leader. Michelle then went on to train to become Operations Manager for CATI Services taking on the trainee and Assistant role. Michelle has worked hard to achieve her role as Operations Manager for CATI services.
Michelle has been a huge part of the day-to-day running of the Telephone Unit and has been involved in the implementation of new systems and technology, making her a valuable asset and obvious choice to head up Operations for CATI Services.
