Jenna has more than 14 years’ experience in a research-agency role and 17 years in research overall, and joined DJS Research as a Research Director in 2018, following 11 years at BMG Research.

Prior to this, she completed a degree in Human Psychology and a Masters in Criminology and Criminal Justice at Loughborough University. Jenna went on to work on numerous large-scale Home Office evaluations at the University of Leicester and University of Birmingham, before moving into a more commercial role at Quad Research based at the University of Warwick, where she first began working on employee satisfaction surveys.

Jenna works across a number of sectors, but specialises in:

  • Employee engagement research
  • Public health
  • Housing

Jenna also has a wealth of experience across all research methods, particularly local and national public consultations using face to face CAPI methods and random probability sampling, but also CATI, online, postal and qualitative methods for projects involving customer and stakeholder satisfaction, campaign evaluation, mystery shopping, and political polling. She is particularly skilled at managing complex multi-mode projects, with a keen eye for detail and a drive for high quality and robust research that provides engaging and actionable insights.

As an employee engagement research specialist, Jenna is involved in all stages of the research process, from marketing and product development, responding to client briefs, project management and consultation, research design, results delivery (reporting/presentation) and ongoing advice and guidance to organisations implementing change and action. Jenna is very client focused and thrives on working in partnership with clients to understand their needs and meet their objectives.
