Jenna began her research career in 2001, and joined DJS Research as a Research Director in 2018, following 11 years at BMG Research.
Prior to this, she completed a degree in Human Psychology and a Masters in Criminology and Criminal Justice at Loughborough University. Jenna went on to work on numerous large-scale Home Office evaluations at the University of Leicester and University of Birmingham, before moving into a more commercial research role at Quad Research based at the University of Warwick.

Her experience spans all research methods, particularly large-scale quantitative approaches involving local and national CAPI, CATI, online and tracker methods, and complex sampling and statistical analysis techniques including random probability sampling and customer segmentation. She is particularly skilled at managing complex multi-mode projects, with a keen eye for detail and a drive for high quality and robust research that provides engaging and actionable insights.
Jenna has been delivering employee engagement and employee experience research for more than 14 years, having supported in excess of 80 organisations to transform their workforce insights into measurable change and business improvement. She has worked with organisations across a range of sectors including central/local government, higher education, retail, financial services, health, regulatory bodies, transport/logistics and charity/culture. Her recent clients include House of Lords, The Pensions Regulator, Electoral Commission, Equality and Human Rights Commission, Leeds Beckett University, National Trust for Scotland and Together Money.
