Joanna Miller

Joanna joined DJS Research in 2018 having over 20 years experience in the market research industry as both a data processor and scripter. She started her career in 1997 working for Numbers Data Processing which later became part of NOP. She has worked for various organisations including BMRB International, Perspective Research Services, Vision Critical and Bilendi.

She joins the company with expertise in various software packages including Quantum, SPSS, Confirmit, Decipher and Quancept and experience with a variety of methodologies. She has worked across a huge variety of industry sectors including business-to-business, business-to-consumer, public sector and employee surveys and has experience with various programming languages including HTML, CSS, JScript and javascript.

She always enjoys learning new skills particularly in IT and problem-solving so has always found her career in Market Research to be very fulfilling.

Joanna graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bradford in 1995.
