Anna began her career at Watermelon Research in 2003 and has developed a broad experience in the market research industry. Over the years Anna has worked in all areas of the research process, from questionnaire design through to presentation. She has managed both consumer and business to business research across all major data collection techniques for various clients, many of which are in the financial, postal, utilities, transport and public sectors. The types of projects were varied and included topics such as customer, employee and brand satisfaction, usage & awareness, public consultation, advertising and product testing.

Anna’s expertise lies in project management. She has a keen interest in the planning, execution, monitoring and control of projects to ensure they deliver the desired outcomes. Anna particularly enjoys the set-up and roll out of programmes, that involve multiple streams of work using a range of single and multi-mode methodologies.

Anna’s other key area of expertise is in data delivery. She has a keen interest in working with data and has experience of delivering a wide range of outputs to multiple stakeholders. She also has a meticulous eye for detail, enabling her to quickly identify and address risks and inconsistencies in data and processes.

In November 2020 Anna joined DJS Research in the B2B team. Initially she will primarily be focusing on multi-market, multi-lingual projects in the healthcare sector.

Anna graduated from the University of Kent with a BA Honours degree in Business Administration with Computing. She also holds the MRS Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research Practice.
