Maya Winter

Team: Haven Hill

Maya started her research career in 2003 at Ci Research (now Mustard) where she trained to become a Research Manager.  After a break to travel and a year of freelancing from Aberdeen, Maya relocated back to the North West and joined the DJS team in 2010. Maya left DJS in 2016 to focus on her young family and small business, returning in 2021 to pick up her career after the break.

She has experience of managing both qualitative and large-scale quantitative studies for a range of public and private sector clients.  

For private sector clients she has worked on several customer satisfaction, ad tracking, customer profiling and product proposition studies for brands including: RSA, Capita, Exxon Mobil, Sony, Calypso Freezepops, Sealy Beds, Broker Network, Total Jobs and Center Parcs.

She has also managed a diverse range of projects for private sector clients including: Business Links, Merseyside Police, Trading Standards North West, British Council, several NHS clients and charitable organisations.

She is passionate about helping businesses improve their customer experiences through understanding customer needs via research. 

Maya has a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies from The Robert Gordon University, as well as the MRS Advanced Certificate.
