Amy began her Market Research career in 2011 after joining technology-led research agency, FlexMR (who were then known as Intersperience). During her 10 years with the company, Amy worked her way up through the ranks and quickly progressed to their Head of Research and Insight, tasked with building an insight delivery team, implementing a team development program and driving the success of high-profile global research projects.

A mixed-method researcher, Amy has vast experience in all areas of research delivery, across qual and quant with B2C and B2B audiences. She has worked across a broad range of sectors, having led projects in food and drink, retail, media, education, financial, utilities and tech to name a few.

Amy is driven by people and building relationships, whether that be with her clients, colleagues or study participants. Knowing what makes people tick and influencing positive outcomes is something she is extremely passionate about. 

In 2020, Amy was featured as an up-and-coming insights industry leader in the GRIT Future List by Greenbook, which recognizes leadership, professional growth, personal integrity, and a passion for excellence in the next generation of insights creators, users, and marketers. She has also been short-listed for MRS awards, including Best Workshop and Best Newcomer at Impact 2018, where she presented findings from her research with disabled groups.

Amy also holds a BA in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Liverpool, as well as the MRS Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research Practice.
