Will joined DJS Research in September 2021 as an Associate Director after gaining over 10 years’ market research experience in both agency and client-side roles.

Will began his market research career at Nielsen’s London office in 2010, specialising in campaign and brand measurement. He worked with leading TV and digital advertisers across a range of sectors (including FMCG, Automotive and Finance), managed a team of researchers as well as spending two years based at Nielsen’s New York HQ, gaining invaluable international experience.

Will further developed his research and business winning skills, first as an Associate Director at Future Thinking and then successfully opening and growing YouGov’s Manchester office across eleven sectors (including Academic, Transport and Finance).

Immediately prior to joining DJS, Will successfully launched and implemented the Market Insights division at The University of Manchester, enhancing the University’s competitive advantage through advocating and integrating market insight in driving decision making across the institution.

Since joining the industry in 2010, Will has gained extensive experience using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies in a range of applications including advertising, communications, pricing, market sizing and new product development. Will is a passionate presenter and storyteller and strives to ensure that his actionable insights are implemented.
