Clare Rapkins

Clare began her research career in 2003 and joined DJS Research in October 2021, following 8 years at M·E·L Research.

Prior to this, Clare completed a BA (Hons) degree in Business Decision Analysis at the University of the West of England in Bristol. Clare went on to work for a number of public sector organisations including the Department for Health and the National Audit Office.

Clare works across a number of sectors, but specialises in:

• Employment engagement/employee experience research
• Local Government
• Charities and not-for-profit
• Public Health

Her experience includes all research methods, particularly local and national and tracker surveys using CAPI, CATI and online methods. Clare also has experience of qualitative methods including focus groups and depth interviews.

Clare has been delivering employment engagement and employee experience research for around two years. She has worked for a number of organisations such as Surrey County Council, Oldham Council and PA Housing.
