Erin graduated from Birmingham City University in 2018 with a First- Class BSc (Hons) in Psychology. With a keen interest in both qualitative and quantitative research and Social Psychology during her studies, Erin was eager to join the Market Research industry.

From graduation, Erin held a Recruitment Consultant position within Data Analytics, before joining a Market Research agency in 2020. As a client executive within a brand tracking team, ranking brand equity across various markets and categories, Erin delivered many thought leadership pieces using quantitative analysis in addition to ad-hoc pieces for global brands. 

During 2021, Erin moved to a Qualitative Healthcare Operations team as a Project Co-Ordinator. Advancing to a Project Manager, Erin led global projects managing clients, internal and external teams, with a key focus on the client deliverables and communication.

Erin joined DJS in 2022 as a Research Executive within the Culture team and was promoted to Senior Research Executive in January 2023.
