Aoife Lynch

Aoife studied Management at Warwick University and went on to a career in the Point of Sale industry, starting with a role in the Marketing department at Boots. Aoife then moved onto client management for POS companies, working with a range of multinational organisations including Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson. 

After a career break in Rome, where she studied Italian, Aoife honed her excellent organisational and people skills further in a variety of roles, from working with bookshops across the UK to positions in hospitality and online retail, before entering into the world of market research.

Since joining the DJS Research Field & Recruitment team in 2022 Aoife has consistently proven herself to be an excellent project manager, running a wide range of complex projects with ease. Aoife's warmth, positive attitude and proactivity has seen her become the go-to person for other team members when they need advice or help with a task, making her well-deserved promotion to Deputy Field Manager in 2025 a natural next step. 

When not at work, Aoife can usually be found walking her dog around the beautiful local countryside.
