Since joining the CATI department at DJS Research in 2017, Nathan has progressed quickly and has consistently proven himself to be an invaluable asset who is pivotal to the team's success. His promotion to Deputy Operations Manager for CATI recognises his natural ability to handle challenges with ease and identify quick solutions to optimise operational performance.

Nathan thrives in our ever-evolving work environment, handling multiple projects whilst ensuring the team remains focused and always on task. His wealth of CATI experience means he has a deep understanding of the department and challenges of the telephone interviewer role, and this knowledge informs his efficient operational planning. Nathan is a natural communicator and does so effectively across his team and the wider company to building strong relationships and implement efficient working practices.
