Kieran Hart

Kieran graduated from the University of the West of England, Bristol with a First-Class BA (Hons) in Economics. Following graduation in 2013, Kieran completed a PhD in Economics where he performed an original empirical evaluation of the relationship between employee wellbeing and employee performance.

Prior to joining DJS, Kieran applied his quantitative skills and experience in pharmaceutical research working in a wide variety of therapy areas that range from cancer to MSK pain and osteoarthritis. During this time, he contributed and helped to manage multiple long-term multi-country studies. As a result of this work, he is a published author in academic journals.

Kieran joined DJS as a Senior Research Executive and his continued hard work, and commitment to ever expanding his knowledge, has seen his well deserved promotion first to Research Manager and then, in February 2024, to the position of Senior Research Manager.
