Michelle Nuttall
Research Assistant
Research Team
Team: Research Support
Michelle joined DJS Research in January 2021, when she was searching for a part-time job with flexible, family-friendly hours. She initially joined the CATI department on a variety of B2B projects, including monthly trackers. When an opportunity arose to help with some qualitative interviews for a children’s hospice, she found it such a rewarding experience that it sparked a desire for a change in direction and re-ignited her passion for research.
Before DJS, a life-long love of learning, the arts and literature led her initially into the Further & Higher Education sector where she lectured in English, Key Skills Communication and Adult Literacy from entry level 3 to level 3. She has always been interested in learner engagement and experience and is passionate about understanding the reasoning behind people’s thoughts and actions.
Michelle moved to the Research team at the end of 2022 as a Research Assistant, and hopes to make a valuable contribution to the MAGIC project and team Chrome, while continuing to learn and develop her research skills.
