Ginny joined our culture, heritage and leisure team at the end of November 2024 and her proactivity, collaborative style and positive can-do attitude has made a hugely positive impact far beyond this team, across our wider organisation.
The diversity of market research is what attracted Ginny to the industry at the start of her career and her breadth of experience, and varied sector knowledge, means she is able to turn her hand to almost anything. Driven by the desire to disseminate knowledge and uncover new ideas through her work, she is an expert at finding meaning in results to drive strategic decision making. She both encourages and motivates those around her and has been a driving force behind many successful projects and pitches since she joined the DJS Research family.
