After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Liverpool John Moores University, Rebecca started her career at global market research agency, Millward Brown. This gave her a solid grounding in quantitative research and experience in brand tracking, advertising evaluation and ad-hoc consumer research. She serviced local, national and international clients from a variety of industries including FMCG, consumer healthcare, automotive and commercial aviation. During this time, she was also seconded to British Airways where she assisted in the Consumer Insights team.

After re-locating in the North West, Rebecca worked as a freelance researcher for around a year before accepting a role with another agency, Coleman Parkes Research. At this company, Rebecca gained experience in B2B and also public sector research whilst developing her qualitative research skills. As well as managing bespoke research projects for large corporates and PR agencies, Rebecca managed suppliers based off-shore and had responsibility for improving quality across the business. As a result, she insists on being involved in every stage of all projects to ensure that high quality is maintained throughout.

Rebecca joined DJS Research in 2014, bringing with her knowledge of both quantitative & qualitative research amongst B2C, B2B and public sector audiences - her career to-date means that she’s a real all-rounder when it comes to research. Rebecca thrives on developing great relationships with her clients and believes that regular, open and honest communication is the key to making this happen.
