Sharon has around 20 years' experience in market research, and started her career at Wolverhampton University, conducting market research for the University itself as well as private companies. In 1997, Sharon joined Business and Market Research (now Harris Interactive).  Sharon had a number of roles whilst at this company, including responsibility for managing the international business within the company and growing the international research capabilities of the organisation. Sharon managed a team of 5 researchers conducting both qualitative and quantitative research both in the UK and across the world for clients in a range of different markets.

In 2007, Sharon joined DJS Research and continues to use her research skills to conduct research in both public and private sectors. With qualitative and quantitative experience, Sharon has conducted market research in a number of markets including:

  • Industrial
  • Utilities
  • Not for profit
  • Telecommunications
  • Travel/transport.

With research experience covering branding, customer satisfaction, segmentation, advertising and communications and new product development Sharon enjoys conducting research, talking to respondents and getting underneath complex research issues.
