Sharon has around 20 years' experience in market research, and started her career at Wolverhampton University, conducting market research for the University itself as well as private companies. In 1997, Sharon joined Business and Market Research (now Harris Interactive) where she gained experience in a wide variety of sectors, and in particular became adept at handling complex projects such as international research.
In 2007, Sharon joined DJS Research as a Research Director and continues to use her research skills to conduct research in both public and private sectors. With qualitative and quantitative experience, Sharon is one of our most experienced researchers, particularly in the following sectors:

With research experience covering branding, customer satisfaction, segmentation, advertising and communications and new product development Sharon enjoys conducting research, talking to respondents and getting underneath complex research issues.
