Market Research Jobs & Careers - Junior Field Executive :: Head Office Strines

DJS Research require a Junior Field Executive to help manage projects within the company.  This is a full time position. Hours of work will be 7 hours per day Monday – Friday.

The core role will consist of helping to support the field team in all aspects of the project process. Also, having responsibility for managing small field / recruitment projects from start to finish with support from another more senior team member.

Reporting to a senior exec within the team, the candidate will be given the opportunity to develop skills in market research, and field / recruitment issues in particular. The candidate will work with members of staff throughout the company, having regular dealings with researchers and analysts at all levels – including senior directors.

The Candidate

Some Market Research experience is desirable but not essential, as full “on the job” training will be given. More important are the key qualities we are looking for.

The individual will be confident and focused and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to manage their time and duties in a professional and effective way, with minimal supervision. They must have a flexible attitude, work well under pressure, with the ability to work within both a team environment and using their own initiative to meet tight deadlines. They must be able to interact with people at all levels and work with them to deliver quality work.

Skills and Experience

·     Good communication skills – both written and verbal

·     Flexibility in relation to tasks undertaken and hours worked

·     Good attention to detail

·     Excellent organisational skills

·     Initiative and willingness to learn

·     Strong team player

·     Ability to manage a large workload and work well under pressure

·     Knowledge of Excel and Word (Microsoft Office)
