Market Research Jobs & Careers - Research Manager, Senior Research Manager or Associate Director

Established in 2001 and growing fast, we are currently looking to further expand our project team with the appointment of either a Research Manager, Senior Research Manager or Associate Director to work in a team delivering research to clients mainly in the Public and Not for Profit sectors, including Education, Sport, Culture and Charities.

We are looking for someone who is an experienced researcher in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, ideally proficient in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.  Ideally you will have worked in an agency background before. You will have experience of all stages of the research process – writing proposals, recommending the right methodological approach, designing projects, project management, data analysis and presenting findings/providing added value findings. You would be comfortable with working within a fast-paced and growing environment.  Ideally you will have experience of conducting research in a range of sectors too, and have an interest in Public and Not for Profit sectors, but experience of these sectors is not necessarily required.

We position ourselves on offering clients projects that are managed and overseen by a senior research team. This might mean getting involved in all aspects of a project – responding to a client brief, designing an approach, writing the proposal, looking after key accounts, management of more complex projects, overseeing quality/a researcher on less complex projects, conducting some of the fieldwork, leading on analysis and reporting. You will be supported by a team of researchers (as well as our data and field & recruitment teams) and might also be responsible for some line management.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Effective client management skills
  • Collaboration and contribution towards new business development
  • Exceed expectations and continuous development
  • Effective project management
  • People Management skills

We will consider candidates working remotely, office based or a mixture of office and remote.

As well as being a great place to work, we offer a wide range of benefits including for example:

  • Birthday leave
  • Volunteer day
  • Unpaid leave
  • Pension contributions

We look forward to hearing from you!
