Telephone surveys

Telephone surveys utilised computer aided telephone interviewing (CATI) to undertake market research via the phone. With CATI interviews, participants respond to interviewer questions and their responses are recorded on a computer screen.

DJS Research has a fully in-house telephone unit, including the provision for our interviewing team to work remotely when necessary – with all relevant data protection considerations accounted for. We conducted hundreds of thousands of telephone interviews each year, and have specialist B2B interviewers as well as a consumer team and those trained to conduct research with more vulnerable audiences.

You can find out more detail about our telephone survey solutions on our main CATI interviewing page, or you can get in touch with us directly to discuss your requirements in more detail.
