Another Happy Client For DJS Research Ltd: ERA

DJS Research Ltd have recently completed a research project for Expense Reduction Analysts. The project was a mixture of qualitative and quantitative methodologies, and covered the length and breadth of the country.

Debbie Cooper, a Business Coach at ERA, had the following to say about the research carried out by DJS:

The main thrust of the project was to find out satisfaction levels among ERA customers and identify where any improvements could be made in order to ‘delight’ clients. Customer satisfaction surveys are a speciality for Danny Sims and Sharon Nichols – the lead researchers on the project – and they enjoyed employing a slightly innovative methodology to deal with ERA’s franchised structure:

“I [Sharon] really liked working with ERA on this project and I feel that the research we produced will really help their organisation – it’s great when you can see the impact that research will have on the companies you work with!”

The research will continue on a yearly basis in order to allow for a comparative year on year analysis to be carried out – a prospect about which Danny was very excited:
