Company Inform Day

Recently we had our company 'inform session' – an annual get-together to share big company news and talk about the past year, including our (many!) achievements and how we are moving forward and growing as an employee-owned business. This year we held our session online via Microsoft Teams and it worked brilliantly! More than 100 staff across all departments and seniorities joined us from locations around the UK and internationally too.

The session also included a video, which was expertly pulled together by our creative team and featured footage submitted by teams across the business to tell us what they’ve been up to as well as any plans they have for the coming year. It was a great way to learn more about the company and more about the people within it – and about what our colleagues' roles actually entail!

Since becoming employee-owned in July 2021, we've launched Employee Voice – a mechanism for listening to our staff even more than we have before, smashed our financial targets, grown our network of remote workers across the UK, and expanded our support staff. We have also launched our JRE programme and announced our new Charity of the Year. This is in addition to welcoming more than 30 new staff and awarding 20+ promotions! 

 

Watching the inform presentation unfold, it really was a day to feel proud of the company we work for – and excited about where we are headed. Watch this space!
