DJS Research 'Far Ahead In Terms of Quality and Professionalism'

Following a prolonged period of field work, DJS Research Ltd has recently delivered the results of a project carried out for Huntsman Polyurethanes. As part of every project, DJS Research offer clients the opportunity to give feedback on areas for improvement via a short questionnaire. As of June 2011, across a decade of involvement in the market research industry, 92% of our clients say they are very satisfied with the service provided by DJS Research – and the remainder are all satisfied.

In keeping with this pattern Huntsman Polyurethanes had the following thoughts on their experience with DJS Research:

“They were very customer friendly and transparent in everything they were producing for us. Every questionnaire was cross-checked with us to assure we got the right information and right level of detail. In the end they produced reliable data. They did everything possible to meet our needs.”

They went on to say:

“DJS Research did some useful research work for Huntsman PU Insulation. They are very flexible, efficient and customer-friendly. Compared to research companies I have worked with before, they are far ahead in terms of quality and professionalism. If I have a new research problem I would definitely approach them again.”

On seeing the comments from Huntsman, Sharon Nichols – the lead researcher on the project – felt they had highlighted exactly the things DJS Research prides itself on as a company:
