DJS Research Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Christian Easdown as a Research Executive. Christian’s appointment is the twelfth since the start of the year for the northern market research agency – which now boasts 44 permanent staff.

Christian attended the Cheadle Hulme School – local to DJS’ headquarters – and graduated from The University of Hull in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminology. He secured his first role in the industry as a Research Consultant for London-based MSB Consultancy, before joining Paxsmart in 2012 to work with some of the leading blue-chip companies in the travel retail industry.

As result of quick progression through his previous roles, Christian has experience of managing customer satisfaction and insight projects for major clients across tourism and healthcare industries and will be an integral part of the DJS team, having already begun work on projects for several of the consultancy’s key clients, including United Utilities, one of the UK’s largest distribution operators, and a major international supplier of education resources.

Christian, in his new Research Executive role, is looking forward to building on his previous research and building his experience as well as working on different projects within different industries:

“The diversity of DJS’s clients and the broad range of projects is what really excites me about the role. I am thrilled to be joining one of the leading market research agencies in the North”

Ali Sims, who leads Utilities market research at the northern agency and was member of the team which recruited Christian, felt he was a strong addition to the company’s already large pool of talent:

“I’m thrilled Christian has chosen to join DJS Research and am sure he will be a hugely valuable addition to the team. We’ve added some brilliant researchers over the last year or so and Christian has the background and ability to join them in progressing really quickly and developing a real level of sector expertise.”
