DJS Research enjoys further framework success

We are delighted to announce that DJS Research have recently been appointed onto Welsh Water’s framework for Customer Research and Engagement Services alongside two other research agencies.DJS Research enjoys further framework success

Following an invitation to tender which a number of suppliers answered to, we underwent a three stage process, which looked at our finances, our resources and our experience and knowledge of the water sector. Just one of three suppliers to be successful, we were selected on Lot 2: Customer Research and Engagement Services.

Welsh Water is one of 10 regulated water and sewerage companies operating in England and Wales. It serves 3.2 million customers in Wales and on the Wales / England border.

Speaking about the success, Ali Sims, our resident utilities and water market research expert, said the following:

“We are delighted to be working with Welsh Water on their customer engagement programme. It is an exciting time in the water sector, with Ofwat encouraging companies to use more innovative approaches and we look forward to working alongside Welsh Water and the two other appointed agencies to develop a high quality customer engagement programme.”

This is the most recent in a string of framework successes for DJS Research, as in the past we achieved the highest overall combined score on the Government’s flagship framework for market research, the Crown Commercial Service framework agreement managed by UK SBS.
