DJS Research is now a Living Wage employer

We are thrilled to share that we are now one of 13,000 employers who pay the real Living Wage in the UK to our employees.

The Living Wage is the only UK wage rate based on real living costs. It is a voluntary payment by businesses to help support their staff.

So far in the UK more than 400,000 employees have seen their pay packet increase as a result of their employer signing up to the initiative, according to the Living Wage Foundation.

We became fully accredited in September 2023 and join the likes of Oxfam, Nestle, KPMG and Ikea in paying our employees a fairer wage.

Speaking about our new policy, DJS Research Managing Director, Al Gleed, said:

"We are really pleased to announce that we have committed to being a Real Living Wage employer and have joined over 13,000 UK employers leading the way in this area. This is the highest standard of living wage set based on the real cost of living which we hope will make a very real difference to our employees."
