The 2016 Junior Researcher scheme is open!

We have just launched our 2016 Junior Research scheme which you can now apply for!

Following the extremely successful graduate scheme last year, whereby we hired three graduate Junior Research Executives, we are now on the lookout for two new ambitious Researchers, who are hoping to embark on a career in market research at one of the largest agencies in the United Kingdom. This year we are not necessarily looking for graduates; we are looking for anyone with a strong desire to enter the Market Research field!

The ideal candidate

We’re looking for Junior Researchers to support our team of Senior Researchers and actively contribute to research projects across a range of sectors, including retail, utilities, education, industrial and food and drink, amongst other. To be shortlisted for this position you must have…

  • A minimum of a C at GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • High attention to detail
  • A full UK driving licence (ideally)
  • The ability to manage several projects at once with well-developed organisational skills
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast paced environments
  • The ability to build a good working relationship with other departments and colleagues
  • Effective communication skills and be able to ask questions, listen to answers, find a solution and facilitate/enable change
  • Commercial awareness and have the ability to identify and understand key issues
