DJS Research Ltd is currently recruiting for Telephone Interviewers to work in a busy, fast-growing market research telephone unit. The opportunity offers good rates of remuneration, and there is the potential for advancement - both within the telephone unit itself and within the wider company.

DJS Research is a full service market research agency, with its own in-house CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing) unit. Market research jobs at DJS Research

Potential applicants should have:

Excellent telephone manner and keyboard skills

Confidence and enthusiasm

Excellent use of written and spoken English

Excellent attention to detail

The role will operate on a zero hour contract basis which will mean that the opportunity may require flexibility in terms of hours and work available; however, we are currently looking for people who can work shifts between the hours of 9am to 9pm during the week and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays preferably on a full time basis but we also offer part-time roles within our CATI unit. Some roles may also attract a fixed-term contract after 6 months,depending on performance.

• Competitive Hourly Rate (£7.05 p/h starting rate for those under 25 and £7.50 p/h for those over 25) plus holidays

• Non – Sales

• Potential for long term work for the right candidates

• Full training given

Previous experience in B2C and B2B interviewing environments or call centre working is preferable, but if you are enthusiastic, committed and are used to working to set targets, then we would love to hear from you as well!

Please note that these positions are based at our offices near Strines in the North West of England. We do not currently have any remote working opportunities so any applicant will have to live within 1 hour commuting time to Strines which is located in the United Kingdom. Our postcode is SK6 7GH.
