A record financial year for DJS Research!

19th July 2022 10:24

After twenty years of organic, and often double-digit growth, we have continued to strengthen, and this year have reached a pinnacle, recording a record company turnover.

Despite the challenges faced by the industry during the pandemic, our latest financials show a turnover of £7.1 million. The growth has come from existing relationships as well as a number of new clients and contract wins.  We continue to grow organically with no external funding or mergers.

Our new figures represent a return to double-digit growth compared with our previous year and builds on the growth we achieved pre-pandemic.

Our latest figures (£7.1M) are an increase of +34% on 2021 figures and +12% on 2020.

Recognised as one of the ‘fastest-growing individual agencies’

Back in December 2021 the Market Research Society (MRS) also recognised us as one of the 'fastest growing individual agencies' in its latest MRS Research Live Industry Report 2022. We feel that our latest figures will bode well for future rankings.

Our latest turnover comes just a year into our transition to employee ownership which saw our employees become majority shareholders and company partners on our 20th birthday.

The transition has been a huge success and has been welcomed by our staff, with 99% saying that they are happy with our new employee-owned status in our latest MyDJS engagement survey. We believe that being employee-owned will help to fuel our growth into the future.

New Managing Director of DJS Research, Alasdair Gleed said:

“These latest figures represent yet another strong year of growth for the company and our services continue to be in demand throughout a number of private and public sectors. Because of this demand we have had to significantly increase our recruitment over the last year – with 30 new staff welcomed across research and operations.

“We would like to extend our thanks to our incredible and hard-working team and to our clients who continue to support the company.”
