Two more promotions announced for DJS Partners

New promotions

As we move into October, we are delighted to share with you that Jamie Lawson and Olivia Holt have been promoted to Senior Research Manager and Senior Research Executive.

Jamie Lawson - Senior Research Manager

Since joining us at DJS in 2021 from BMG, Jamie has proven himself to be an excellent researcher and an invaluable team member. This is Jamie's second promotion since joining DJS Research, and is this time to the role of Senior Research Manager. Jamie is particularly skilled on the quantitative and statistical aspects of the job, using his experience and knowledge to impress colleagues and clients alike, with valuable insights, and an ability to suggest and implement improved ways of working.

Speaking about Jamie's promotion, Associate Director, Matt Prince said:

"Jamie has successfully built a number of relationships with key clients and as well as getting through a mountain of project work, Jamie’s organisational ability and positive attitude have allowed him to take on a number of key roles internally as well, including; being a member of the Quality Control group, line managing JREs, and providing all manner of ad-hoc training and support to people across the business. And, as much as anything else, he’s a pleasure to work with!"

Olivia Holt - Senior Research Executive

Olivia joined DJS Research after graduating from the University of Liverpool in 2021 and has since been a key player on projects for some of our biggest accounts. Since joining the company she has also embarked upon the MRS Advanced Certificate.

Research Manager, Alex Belcher, said of Olivia's promotion:

"Olivia joined us at the end of August last year, and within the first day had already thrown herself into some report writing for one of our biggest clients! Since then, she’s become an invaluable team member here at Rushup, with a keen eye for report design and a good project manager’s head. We all wish her many congratulations on her well-deserved progression."
