Alex Belcher promoted to Associate Director at DJS Research

We are delighted to share that Alex Belcher has been promoted to Associate Director!

Alex joined the company in 2021 from Breaking Blue Research and has made a real impact across the business. Based in Glasgow, he has been primarily working across charity/third sector, public sector and utilities.

The well-deserved promotion comes following a strong year where Alex has demonstrated excellence in a variety of areas including account and client management, managing and mentoring junior researchers, and being a honourable custodian and team representative of Employee Voice – a platform set up following the company’s transition to employee-ownership to ensure all company partners have a voice in how the company is run.

His role as Associate Director will see him working across several key accounts as well as continuing to build the company's portfolio of work in Scotland.

Research Director, Jenna Allen, said of his promotion:

"I'd like to congratulate Alex on his well-deserved promotion to Associate Director. As well as having excellent account and client management skills, Alex is also a fantastic line manager and mentor, a passionate advocate of EO Voice and an all-round great person to be around. In his new role he will be focussing on managing key accounts across a range of sectors including employee experience, charity and not-for-profit and finance, with a particular strategic objective to build the company's portfolio of work in Scotland."
