DJS Research featured as a EOA Case Study following award win!

8th February 2023 14:12

Following our EO Stories win for Delivering Good Engagement at the Employee Ownership Association (EOA) conference, DJS Research has been showcased as an EOA case study, featuring several voices from across the company.

In autumn 2022, the EOA came along to our Strines office to learn more about our EO journey and how we  to deliver are striving engagement to our employee partners following (and prior to) our transition to employee ownership in July 2021.

In the case study (above), DJS founder and Chairman, Danny Sims speaks alongside Managing Director, Al Gleed about the transition and how Employee Ownership is being embedded at DJS Research, while other voices include HR Manager and Employee Trustee, Lucy Pawson, Research Manager, Mark Byrne, and Digital Content Coordinator, Gaynor Jackson

Speaking in the short film about how employee ownership has united DJS Research even further and how staff have been engaged, Danny said:

“Employee ownership does help to bring the company together. We now have EO Voice which is a link to all staff ensuring they all have a say. Since becoming employee owned our partners have co-created our strategic plan – an action plan of some of the things we need to do straight away as well as the shorter term, medium and longer term objectives.”

EOA Podcast -- Episode 13

In addition to the case study, we have also been featured in an Employee Ownership Association Podcast episode, which showcases how employee-owned businesses are 'bringing good EO to life'!

In this episode, Danny and Lucy, speak about our transition to EO and delivering good engagement, for which we won our EO Stories award, last year!

The podcast also features other EO Stories winners: TorchBox, Riverford Organic Farmers, and Hayes Davidson.
