Testimonials & Case Studies

In today's competitive market place happy customers are paramount to the success of any business (something we continually preach when conducting our customer satisfaction surveys). As such, for each and every project we take on, we aim not only to meet client expectations but exceed them.

It's all very well saying the above (anyone can) but at DJS Research Ltd we monitor our performance against these objectives. At the end of every project we send a customer satisfaction survey to assess our performance and to aid our continual quality improvement and we take great pride in sharing some of our most recent testimonials below

You can also view a wealth of DJS Research case studies, and filter by sector, service and specialism, using the case study search tool at the bottom of this page

Greater Manchester Combined Authority

"DJS have been working with Greater Manchester Combined Authority since February 2019, following a successful tender to jointly design and deliver a Policing and Community Safety survey to GM residents in order to understand how safe Greater Manchester residents feel, how they feel about their local area, and how connected they feel with their community. Being the first survey of its kind for GMCA, and the only one of this scale outside of London, this was a significant investment from the GMCA and DJS worked collaboratively with us to design, test and deliver the survey – working closely with us at all stages and always going the extra mile.

DJS are not only excellent at providing the service you want, but are also proactively engaged with the commissioner of the service, developing, designing and problem solving at every point along the way. The ongoing support that DJS has provided has also extended to many of our stakeholder organisations such as local authorities and the police. They have a ‘can do’ attitude that means the solutions you are guided to find are creative  and innovative, drawing on their wealth of experience in other sectors.

The survey findings are being widely used amongst Greater Manchester local authorities and within the police service. The finding are used alongside other data and intelligence to guide resourcing decisions and targeting of services in areas of highest need in order to improve feelings of safety in particular communities, demographics or geographies. We know that feeling safe in the area that you live is a key factor in individual and community health and well being. The survey findings have provided us with a unique and valuable insight that can be used to better understand inequalities in the city region, and who, how and where communities need support"

The National Gallery

"It was a real pleasure working with DJS. Their enthusiasm and deep knowledge of the museums and galleries sector stood out from the start and made them the obvious choice for this project. The team brought a collaborative spirit and real rigour to the work, and their insights during the early data review phase sparked some genuinely useful internal conversations. The forecasting model they delivered not only exceeded expectations for accuracy—it’s now an integral part of how we plan across the Gallery."

Leicester City Council

"Thank you so much for creating the video summarising the results of the Leicester Health and Wellbeing Survey 2024. It’s an outstanding and engaging summary that effectively highlights both the key positives and challenges identified in the survey. The video is now available on our City Council webpages Leicester health and wellbeing surveys, and we’ve received overwhelmingly positive feedback on this high-quality output.

A big thank you to DJS Research and the creative team for their invaluable support in identifying the key takeaways, crafting the script, and producing such a vibrant and visually compelling video. The result is a clear and engaging presentation that makes complex data accessible and relatable to all."

Greater Manchester Combined Authority

"The work by DJS was critical for filling a gap in our understanding of the population that we were designing policy to support and therefore building consensus around our approach. As well as providing valuable data on a wide range of experiences, DJS were able to collect and convey vital information about how experiences differed between people with different protected characteristics. This put us in the best possible position to complete our equalities impact assessment."
