Our CATI unit is managed by Operations Manager Michellle Flanagan, who has more than a decade of expertise in telephone research. Using state-ofthe-art software, our interviewers are able to integrate telephone surveys seamlessly with other forms of data capture, such as online and face-to-face (CAPI). The system also allows real-time tracking of completed interviews, ensuring effective and timely quota management, as well as optimal use of client-provided or DJS-sourced samples. Having our own interviewers in-house means we can deliver live results as interviews are completed, providing clients with up-to-date insights throughout fieldwork.

Large Scale Customer Satisfaction Research: We are currently engaged in a major piece of customer satisfaction tracking research for a large consumer facing organisation. As part of this research, our telephone interviewers carry out NPS research with customers between Monday and Saturday. Fresh sample for this project is sent to our operations team on a daily basis via a secure system, and aggregated results are automatically returned to the client at the close of research on each day.
